The building features a raised ground floor that accommodates parking and services, while upper levels are thoughtfully organized for residential use. Sleek white bands frame the dark facade, creating visual rhythm, while vertical garden elements and perimeter landscaping soften the form with natural textures. The rear stairwell core, expressed with timber-grid screening, adds architectural character and cross-ventilation, blending function with aesthetics.
